- Rate of Exchange will be based on the market rates on the days of advance payment and balance payment separately.
- Cash receipt will be sent to you within 24 hours after we receive full payment.
- In case of cheque payments, the booking process will be authorized only after the cheques are cleared from their specified banks.
- Availability and price of flight tickets are subject to change, so make sure that the FULL PAYMENT is made just in time to help us to start with the booking process.
- Flight tickets will be booked only after the full payment is done.
- A copy of the confirmed flight tickets will be sent within 5 working days after make the full payment.
- If the customer has booked his/her own flight ticket, it is mandatory to send us a copy of their confirmed flight tickets atleast 15 days prior to the departure date to help us in making resort/airport transfer arrangements.
- Free luggage and free meals are a complementary provided by the airlines and in case of additional luggage or meals, the customer has to bear those additional expenses on their own.
- The free weight limit for luggage and meals details will be mentioned in your ticket details.
- For cabin luggage the normal weight limit is not more than 7kg per person and in case of additional weight,the customer has to bear the additional expenses.
- If the customer has delayed in reaching the destination on account of airlines cancellation / reschedule,weather, natural, political issues, riots or any other causes, cancellation and rescheduling charges will be levied accordingly
- Flight ticket charges are subject to change without any prior notice.
- Availability of hotel rooms are subject to change. A non-refundable amount INR 8,000 per person is required to start the booking process.A payment of INR 10,000 has to be made for a person within two days of giving booking confirmation voucher.If the payment is not made within time then it will be considered as a cancelation.Please note that we will not be responsible for cancellations and cancellation charges will be applied in such cases.
- If there is any reschedule is the customer’s plan, cancellation charges along with rescheduling charges and non-refundable booking amount will be applied (As per Resort Policy).
- Booking confirmation voucher will be given within 5 working days with all the contact details.
- In rare cases if there is an issue with accommodation,ferry transfer or other travel arrangements, alternate options will be provided to choose from .you can either go with the provided options or choose to cancel .If you are not comfortable with the alternate options and wish to get a refund then it will be considered as a cancellation from your side and cancellation charges will be applied accordingly.
- If you wish to cancel your trip after paying advance amount you will be charged 8000INR per person along with cancellation charges. Cancelation charges will be applied based on the number of days before the planned date you wish to cancel.
- If there is an amendment or any new arrangements to be done it will be considered as a new booking and will be subject to availability .It is mandatory for the customer to give a handwritten statements for such amendments. We do not entertain any changes in plan over phone calls or text messages. Any new arrangements or amendments will result in the change of the package cost acoordingly.The company has the right to charge 1000INR per person per night for making changes in your confirmed plan.Do note that if the amendments are made before cancelling your order,then cancellation charges in addition to the amendment charges will be applied.
- Cancellation charges are as follows: If the Cancellation Is done till 30 days before the trip,the cancellation charge will be 30% of the total package cost.If the Cancellation Is done from thirty days to fifteen days prior to the departure date,the cancellation charge will be 60% of the total package cost.If the Cancellation Is done from fifteen days to seven days before the trip,the cancellation charge will be 75% of the total package cost.If the cancellation is made seven days before the trip there will be no refund from us.If the customer does not show up on the trip date,it will be considered as a No-Show and no shows will not be entertained with any kind of refund.
